Meditation allows us to change the relationship we have with the endless thoughts that pass through our minds and the feelings we associate with them. A regular meditation practice is has been proven to effect our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing in a positive and impactful way.
Julia’s first introduction to meditation came about six years ago and after experiencing (& reading about) the physical and mental benefits, she began studying to be a meditation teacher with the Australian Centre for Holistic Studies. Julia is passionate about the wonderful benefits of mindfulness meditation, proven to reduce stress, anxiety and increase happiness and overall health. She endeavours to help you create a personalised practice that will connect you with your centre and promote flow and ease in all areas of your life.

What to expect…
Join Julia in a weekly meditation circle to take a journey in the peaceful setting of our salt room.
Explore meditation with the guidance of a teacher, learn different tips & techniques to enhance your own personal practice as well as connect with other like-minded people. Through the 4 week course you will cultivate more presence and compassionate in your daily life, and gain the skills to sustain a regular and fulfilling meditation practice of your own.
Learn active meditation techniques and reflection
Gain a deeper understanding of the purpose of meditation
Develop a familiarity with the different themes to be able to select best suited methods for a personal practice,
Acquire an understanding of how to manage barriers to establish a regular practice,
Gain insights on further resources or services that could assist with an ongoing practice
