How it differs from our infrared sauna.
The infrared sauna emits FAR infrared wavelengths between 3000 nm – 0.1 mm, which penetrate more deeply into the body and is more effective as a heat source. Far-infrared light can potently reduce inflammation and increases circulation, improves blood vessel and heart functions, reduces pain and fatigue, and regulates blood pressure.
“Red/NIR light are not some weird technology that benefits us for some random reason. These wavelengths of light come from the sun, and it turns out that our body has evolved from over millions of years to be capable of utilising red and NIR light from the sun to help power up our cells.”
